1. Who we are

2. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders placed in the Store. By placing an order you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.
3. Products and prices
- Product photos are for illustration; small differences in color or packaging are possible.
- Prices are shown in your local currency (USD for the United States, CAD for Canada, PLN for Poland).
- United States and Canada: import duties are included in the price; sales tax or GST/HST is calculated at checkout where it applies. Poland: prices include VAT.
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. How the contract is made
- Add products to your cart and go to checkout.
- Enter your contact and shipping details and choose your shipping and payment method.
- Review your order and click the button to place the order with an obligation to pay.
- You'll receive an order confirmation by email. The contract of sale is concluded when we send that confirmation.
5. Payment
The payment methods available in your country are shown at checkout. Your order is processed once payment has been authorized. We never see or store your full card details β payments are handled by certified payment providers.
6. Shipping
Shipping areas, costs and delivery times are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you when you (or your recipient) receive the parcel.
7. Returns and refunds
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Details, exceptions and the additional rights of EU consumers are on our Returns & Refunds page.
8. Damaged or faulty items
If something is wrong with your order, contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo. We'll reply within 2 business days and send a replacement or a refund. This does not affect any statutory warranty rights you have under the law where you live.
9. Gift cards and discount codes
Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash and only apply under the conditions stated with the code. Gift cards are valid for the period shown on the card.
10. Personal data
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disputes
If anything goes wrong, please write to us first β we'll do our best to fix it quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, but this does not take away the protection given to consumers by the mandatory laws of the country or state where they live. Consumers may bring a claim before the competent court, and consumers in Poland may also use out-of-court procedures such as the municipal consumer ombudsman or the Trade Inspection (WIIH).
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal or operational reasons. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
