30-day returns

Changed your mind, or the gift isn't quite right? You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The 30 days start on the day you (or the gift recipient) receive the order.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at merrydrop1@gmail.com or use our contact form with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first – parcels sent to the wrong address can't be refunded.
  3. Pack the items carefully, ideally in the original packaging, and ship them within 14 days of our reply.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or proof that you sent it), we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund. Items should be unused and in the condition you received them; we may reduce the refund if an item has been used beyond what's needed to check it.

Items that can't be returned

  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g. engraved or custom-printed gifts).
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food).
  • Hygiene items (e.g. cosmetics) once their seal has been opened.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund – you won't need to pay anything to fix it, and in most cases you won't even need to send the item back.

Gifts

The gift recipient can contact us too. Refunds always go to the original payment method of the person who placed the order.

Customers in Poland and the EU

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy already covers this. Under that law, we refund the item price and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement (we may wait until we receive the items or proof of return), and you have the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery.
