We deliver to the United States, Canada and Poland.

The exact delivery options and prices for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has been dispatched.
Processing time
Your gifts ship directly from our partner warehouses. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Christmas deliveries
Want your gifts under the tree on time? Please order by December 1 for delivery to the US and Canada before Christmas. Orders placed after that date will still ship, but we can't promise they'll arrive by December 24. Carriers are very busy in the holiday season, and delays outside our control can happen.
Sending a gift to someone else
Just enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
Duties and taxes
United States and Canada: import duties are included in our prices – there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. Sales tax (or GST/HST in Canada) is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Poland: prices include VAT.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, your parcel hasn't arrived within 25 business days, or it arrives damaged, email us at merrydrop1@gmail.com. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
